4th/5th Grade English in the Mandarin Program

Hello! My name is Eleanor Nichols and I teach English, Social Studies, and Math in the 4th and 5th grade Mandarin program at RSA. 2023-2024 will be my 10th year teaching and my 8th year at RSA. 

If you are wondering what class your child will be in this year, Ms. Wang and I teach all the Mandarin program 5th graders and about half of the Mandarin program 4th graders. Ms. Deng and Ms. Zimmerman teach the rest of the 4th graders. Class schedules will be available in Aeries on August 14th.

I have attached the school supply list in the Useful Links section of this webpage. All the 3rd-5th grade supply lists are very similar, so if you are not sure which teacher your child will have, you can use my list to buy the supplies. 

I hope to see everyone at the Meet and Greet night on August 14th. School starts at 8am on Wednesday, August 16th.
